District
Police Sonipat is serving the people falls
in jurisdiction of district Sonipat with dedication since the
creation of District on 22.12.1972. The District Police Sonipat has been
faced several challenges including communal riot, hard core criminals in
the past. The District Sonipat
falls under Rohtak Range. Sh. V.Kamaraja, IPS is
the Inspector General of Police.
District Sonipat is headed by Sh. Mohinder Singh Sheoran, IPS
who is posted as Superintendent of Police, Sonipat. The District Police office is located at
Mini Secretariat Gohana Road, Sonipat.
